Government filing fees, registered agent fees, recording fees and other third-party charges are separate and billed at cost. You can cancel within 72 hours of your first purchase and before we begin preparing documents for a full refund of that payment. Read the Refund Policy and Terms of Service. What is 508 Ministry?
508 Ministry is a product of Start My Business Inc. We prepare trust documents, an EIN application and a banking packet, set up a management dashboard, and build a website with a donor portal for ministries. You answer a short questionnaire, we prepare the work, and you review and sign.
Are you a law firm? Do you give tax or legal advice?
No. We are an administration service, not a law firm, and we do not give tax or legal advice. We prepare documents to your written instructions. Where a document needs review or signing by an attorney, that is done by an independently engaged licensed attorney, and your attorney-client relationship is with that attorney. Results depend on your facts.
Does a Section 508(c)(1)(A) document set grant a tax status?
No document or service from us grants a tax status. Section 508(c)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code excepts qualifying churches from filing Form 1023. It does not by itself grant exempt status, and other religious organizations have their own filing rules. Tax status is decided by the IRS and by the facts of the organization. Ask a licensed tax professional about your situation.
What does it cost?
Prices are published above. Basic Foundation lists at $2,925 and is $1,462.50 through December 31, with a $731.25 deposit option. Advanced and Elite scopes are quoted on a fit call. Government filing fees, registered agent fees, recording fees and other third-party charges are separate and billed at cost.
How long does it take?
Document preparation typically takes 4 to 8 days after your fit call. The EIN, banking packet, dashboard and website follow, depending on how quickly signed pages come back and on third-party turnaround. These are estimates, not commitments.
What is the refund policy?
You can cancel within 72 hours of your first purchase and before we begin preparing documents for a full refund of that payment. After preparation starts, payments are non-refundable for work already performed. The full terms are on the Refund Policy page.
Can I see the software before I decide?
Yes. The live demos on 508ministry.com/demos are working demos with sample data. No signup is needed. The MyTrust preview on this page uses fictional names.
Do I have to agree to text messages?
