Refund Policy

This policy covers cancellations and refunds for the Basic Foundation package sold through my508c1a.com and 508ministry.com. It also explains how payments work and what a deposit commits. Advanced and Elite scopes are quoted in writing on a fit call, and any different terms appear in that written order.

Referred to below as "we," "us," "our," or "the Company." You are referred to as "you" or "the Client."

1. Price and what is included

Basic Foundation lists at $2,925. Holiday pricing is 50% off through December 31, which makes it $1,462.50. List prices apply from January 1. The package includes trust documents, trustee documents, an EIN application and banking packet, the MyTrust Software dashboard with the first year of licensing, and a website with domain, hosting and donor portal for the first year.

Not included, and billed separately at cost: government filing fees, registered agent fees, recording fees, title company fees, expedite fees, certified copies, courier charges, and any third-party professional engaged for your matter. These fees are set by the party collecting them and are not refundable through us.

2. How payment works

Option	Terms
Pay in full	One payment of $1,462.50 at the holiday price.
Half down	A deposit of $731.25 to begin. The balance of $731.25 is due on the schedule in your order confirmation, and we email you the checkout link as a reminder. Work on the website and dashboard begins once the balance is received.

Card payments are handled by our payment processor, and your statement shows STARTMYBUSINESS.

3. Cancellation and refunds

72-hour cancellation. If you cancel within 72 hours of your first purchase and before we begin preparing your trust documents, you receive a full refund of that first payment.
After preparation begins. Once document preparation begins, the payment is non-refundable for the work already performed.
Balance not yet paid. If you decide not to proceed before paying the balance, you simply do not pay it and nothing further is owed.
Balance already paid. If you have paid the balance and the website and dashboard build has not started, that payment is refundable. Once the build has started, it is non-refundable for the work already performed.
If we decline the engagement. If we decline an engagement, including after a required screening, we refund what you paid in full, without proration, at any point in the process.
Third-party fees. Fees paid to government agencies and other third parties are not refundable through us.

4. How to request a refund

Email outreach@508ministry.com with your name, organization and order date, or call (888) 534-4145. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge. Most disputes come from a misunderstanding about scope or timing, and we can usually resolve them the same week. If a dispute is filed, we respond with the engagement record, including your order, correspondence and delivered work.

6. Timelines

Document preparation typically takes 4 to 8 days once your consultation is complete. The EIN, banking packet, dashboard and website follow, depending on how quickly signed pages come back and on third-party turnaround. The website and dashboard build begins once the balance is received. These are estimates, not guarantees.
