Program name: 508 Ministry Text Updates. Messages are sent by 508 Ministry, a product of Start My Business Inc., 1603 Capitol Ave, Ste 413, Cheyenne, WY 82001.
If you opt in, we may text you offers, reminders, scheduling and follow-up messages, and updates about your 508 questionnaire or your file. Some messages are marketing messages.
You opt in by checking the optional text message box next to a phone number on our 508 questionnaire, on this website or on a Start My Business form, and then submitting that form. The box is unchecked until you check it. If you enter a trustee's number, the trustee must have agreed to receive texts. We save a record of your choice: the number, the wording you saw, the date and time, the page, and your browser and IP address.
Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service. You can submit the questionnaire or buy from us without checking the box.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We use your number only to run this program and to serve your file. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
The program works on major U.S. carriers. Service may not be available on every carrier or plan.
